    추석 연휴로 인한 고객센터(콜센터,AS) 휴무 안내드립니다.
    해당 기간에는 고객센터 업무가 이뤄지지 않으며,
    10/13(월) 부터 순차처리 될 예정이오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

  • [AURORA] Can I use the product while charging?

    AURORA products do not operate while charging.

     

  • [AURORA] Is the crackling sound normal while using?

    Yes, this is a normal sound caused by 'plasma' being generated between the head and your skin as the product functions.
    You can use it safely without concern.

  • [AURORA] I notice a smell during use. Is this okay?

    This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during 'plasma' generation.

    You may notice a slight odor caused by ion collisions in the air.
    It is safe to continue using the product.

  • [AURORA] Can I use the product multiple times a day?

    We recommend using the product for 5–10 minutes per area, 2–3 times a day.

    For sensitive skin, adjust the time and intensity as needed.

    Start with level 1, allowing your skin to fully adapt before increasing the level.
